1. Payments to users
1.1. All payments will be made through BitCoin, Ethereum, Payeer and PerfectMoney. There is no other payment method available at this time.
1.2. You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you have used to make the most of your monetary purchases. The maximum amount you can request from other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you have made through them individually. In the event that the value of purchases is equal between two or more payment processors, you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the pair.
1.3. OmniAds users who wish to withdraw a second time may withdraw up to 150% of their deposit, that is, if you deposit $ 2 you can withdraw a maximum of $ 3. After first withdraw, user has to deposit for second withdrawal and onwards
1.4. Transfer money from main to purchase balance will not be counted as deposit.
1.5. You can only request one payment at a time.
1.6. You must have a correct and existing BitCoin, Ethereum, Payeer and PerfectMoney account. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be canceled.
2. Payments to OmniAds
2.1. All payments must be made using the links available in "your account". No other payment method will be accepted.
2.2. All payments are non-refundable.
2.3. Payments are available Monday through Friday, the maximum time a withdrawal can take is two weeks. Withdrawals will not be processed on weekends.
2.4. All chargebacks or reverse transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
3. Privacy policy
3.1. Your browser must accept cookies.
3.2. Your email addresses will not be displayed, given, or sold.
3.3. Your user password will be encrypted and stored in an irreversible format.
3.4. Your username will remain hidden by default from other users if you register without a reference.
3.5. OmniAds is not responsible for the content of the advertisements displayed on OmniAds. This applies to all advertising information that we may display. All ads are the responsibility of your advertiser and you must comply with your own Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
4. Forum and general user behavior
4.1. When you are registered and logged in, you can post new topics and reply to previously created topics in the Forum.
4.2. You have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
4.3. All types of advertising, Attempts to obtain referrals, offers / requests for money / exchange, and offers or requests for services are prohibited in Forum posts / topics. It is also prohibited to send spam messages to the forum with meaningless messages, duplicate topics, illegal content, sharing email addresses, links to social websites and instant messaging identification.
4.4. Any allegation without proof, intimidation, threat, or disrespect against OmniAds and / or OmniAds staff or assistants, here or elsewhere, will be deemed disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum, as well as permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefit.
4.5. Posting topics or messages that may be directly or indirectly harmful to OmniAds, its users, Sponsors or service providers will be considered a crime and are strictly prohibited.
4.6. We do not tolerate racism, sexism or abusive comments from our members. Discussions and discussions are fine, however we will not tolerate rude attitudes, insults, pointless inflammatory posts towards our members or OmniAds staff.
5. User account
5.1. Accounts are not transferable. Transferring or selling accounts is prohibited.
5.2. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will result in the cancellation of all of them. This also applies to your Payeer, Bitcoin and Perfect Money account, which must be unique and must not be shared with another user.
5.3. Each ad can be viewed with the same IP only once every 24 hours. To view advertisements, an Internet connection must be used only by a single user every 24 hours. Any attempt to do otherwise may result in the termination of your account. You can use multiple IP addresses to login. Logging in from proxy / VPN servers or shared network environments (such as, but not limited to, schools, LAN homes, internet cafes, etc.) is not permitted.
5.4. Only one computer account is allowed to view ads. If more than one account on a single computer sees ads, all those accounts will be permanently suspended.
5.5. OmniAds will not modify the user's account information based on the user's request. Any request to change the username / upline will be rejected.
5.6. Users who use false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.
5.7. You should not automatically redirect any page to OmniAds or include the OmniAds site within any other visible or non-visible site.
5.8. Any attempt to reload / view pages manually or automatically intensive will result in the permanent suspension of your account. Any request to change the username / upline will be rejected.
5.9 If user fails to watch ads, omnigroup will not be responsible for any loss and no compensation will be added.
6. Anti-cheating policy
6.1. However, every attempt to hack the system will be logged.
6.2. Sometimes we will let you know, sometimes not. However, when you request payment, our monitoring system will analyze your actions and take its own actions in return. Normally, attempts to hack the system will result in account termination.
6.3. We may or may not inform you that your account was terminated. In the first case, we will send you an email. In any case, you will be notified as soon as you try to use any of the OmniAds services.
